Berbagai venues/stadion dibangun dengan sangat megah sekali dengan interior yang super unik, fantastis untuk designnya. Sebai contoh bangunan untuk tempat dilangsung pembukaan di “the national stadium” yang dirancang seperti sarang burung raksasa.

Abstract

The business and organizations environment that highly turbulent and complex, provide new organizational paradigms, that is boundaryless organization. The boundaryless organization is a paradigm shift that recognizes the limitations inherent in separating people, tasks, processes, and places, and emphasizes the benefits of moving ideas, information, decisions, talent, and actions where they are most needed. This paradigm shift implicated to human resource management practices; two of them are career systems and career development. Career is not a sequence of work. Career is a personal achievement. The new career is protean career, a career that is driven by the person, not the organization, and that will be reinvented by the person from time to time, as the person and the environment change. The ultimate goal of the career is psychological success. To accomplish career success, the role of organizations in develop a career systems is become important. The effective career systems and career development will increase employees’ motivation; increase their job satisfactions, and their productivity.

Pentingnya Implementasi Corporate Social Responsibility Pada Masyarakat Indonesia

Abstract

The program of Corporate Social Responsibility is the social program that provides a lot of contributions in solving social problems in job opportunities, health, education, economy, and the environment. The implementation of the CSR program still faces some obstacles, namely, the program has not been socialized. Another barrier is the difference of viewpoint between the Department of Laws and Human Right and the Department of Industry. The other is that there is no clear regulation on the implementation of CSR. However, CSR program can improve the spirit of togetherness among different communities.

Sejarah Singkat

Dalam konteks global, istilah CSR mulai digunakan sejak tahun 1970an dan semakin populer terutama setelah kehadiran buku Cannibals With Forks: The Triple Bottom Line in 21st Century Business (1998), karya John Elkington. Mengembangkan tiga komponen penting sustainable development, yakni economic growth, environmental protection, dan social equity, yang digagas the World Commission on Environment and Development (WCED) dalam Brundtland Report (1987), Elkington mengemas CSR ke dalam tiga fokus: 3P, singkatan dari profit, planet dan people. Perusahaan yang baik tidak hanya memburu keuntungan ekonomi belaka (profit). Melainkan pula memiliki kepedulian terhadap kelestarian lingkungan (planet) dan kesejahteraan masyarakat (people).
